Licensed to practice law in Brazil for more than 20 years, she began her career as a practicing attorney while simultaneously serving as an instructor at her alma mater's legal clinic in Rio de Janeiro, helping shape the next generation of legal professionals.
Following her move to the United States, Alexandra successfully pivoted into real estate, demonstrating her adaptability and business acumen by advancing to become a licensed broker. However, her enduring passion for law led her to pursue additional legal education in the United States. She earned her Juris Doctor from Florida Agricultural, Mechanical University in Orlando, graduating Cum Laude, further cementing her commitment to legal excellence.
Her unique background, combining extensive Brazilian legal experience with U.S. legal education and real estate expertise, positions her to offer valuable insights across multiple disciplines. Nicole A. Gregoire-Patterson is a Florida Registered Paralegal. She brings a multifaceted background to her role, with credentials that span the legal, real estate, and public service sectors.

Ms. Gregoire-Patterson earned her Associate’s degree in Legal Assisting from Pasco-Hernando State College and later obtained a Bachelor’s degree in American Studies from Eckerd College. Her academic and professional experiences have equipped her with a broad perspective and a strong foundation in legal principles, cultural awareness, and client advocacy.

In addition to her paralegal work, she is a commissioned Notary Public in the State of Florida and holds a Florida real estate license.
